Anti-Human Trafficking Specialist

Overview:
The Salvation Army Eastern Territory is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Anti-Human Trafficking Clinical Specialist to join our team. This role will provide critical support to survivors of human trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation, coordinating emergency responses, street outreach, and individual/group counseling.
Responsibilities:- Respond to emergency calls and assess the immediate needs and safety of the caller.
- Coordinate with law enforcement to ensure the victim's safe removal from the trafficking situation.
- Develop a safety plan and service plan in coordination with the victim.
- Facilitate group and individual counseling using evidence-based practices.
- Coordinate and implement the Well drop-in center, including recruiting participants, developing curriculum, and conducting therapy sessions.
- Maintain accurate and timely case notes and statistical records.
- Ensure all required reports are completed on time.
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Licensed Social Worker in the State of Ohio, Master of Social Work preferred.
- Experience working with victims of human trafficking or other traumatic crimes.
- Ability to uphold and support The Salvation Army's mission and ministry.
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
