Clinical Specialist for Commercially Sexually Exploited Individuals

One More Child seeks a skilled Clinical Specialist to provide expert clinical services for commercially sexually exploited individuals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of trauma-informed care and be able to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions for victims of human sex trafficking and their non-offending caregivers.
- Develop and implement individualized clinical treatment plans based on assessed needs.
- Document and report treatment progress to referral providers.
- Complete mental health screenings and biopsychosocial assessments.
- Facilitate crisis intervention care as needed to support the immediate needs of victims.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to present cases for proper treatment.
Requirements:
- Master's level degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
- Experience working with clients who have experienced complex trauma, including sexual abuse and exploitation.
- LCSW/LICSW/Registered Clinical Social Work Intern, LMHC, or LMFT/RIMHC license preferred.
