Key Responsibilities- Provide member service by maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, restocking merchandise, and assisting members with purchasing decisions.
- Resolve member issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote Sam's Club products and services to members, and provide guidance and support on self-service technology.
- Process member purchases, assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
- Assist with securing and safeguarding Sam's Club assets and property by observing and communicating potential criminal activity.
- Assist with the training of Member Frontline Service associates on company processes and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail experience, including operating front-end equipment and working with mobile retail applications, preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

Live Better U is a company-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
