Position Overview
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at ABA Centers of America, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy and diagnostic services to individuals with autism. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine the need for behavioral interventions.
  • Supervise the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and caregivers.
  • Provide training and support to staff and caregivers to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Facilitate bi-weekly team meetings to discuss learner progress and strategies.
  • Prepare detailed progress reports to secure necessary funding.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • BCBA certification and LABA license.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in the ABA field (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a clean background and driving record.
