Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for the completion of behavioral assessments, short and long-term consultations, and direct treatment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement behavioral interventions and teaching programs in applied settings
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and create comprehensive treatment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide direct treatment and supervision to support staff

Requirements

  • Master's Degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
  • Current BCBA Certification
  • Current LABA license
  • Experience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programs
