Position Summary:
The Evergreen Center is in search of a Residential Operations Coordinator. This role is pivotal in managing the daily operations of residential facilities and the instructional and behavioral treatment programs for residents within designated group homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of daily schedules for morning, evening, and weekend activities in assigned group homes.
- Review and assess written evaluations, residential goals, case reviews, and quarterly progress reports for residents.
- Supervise and mentor residential supervisors and staff to ensure effective program implementation.
Compensation:
The salary for this position ranges from $56,000 to $76,000, based on qualifications and experience.
Sign-On Bonus: A bonus of $5,000 is offered for new hires.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field is required.
- Significant relevant experience (e.g., Residential Supervisor, House Manager, ABA Lead Therapist) may substitute for the degree requirement.
- A valid driver's license is mandatory.
