We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team at Waters Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in guiding our marketing decisions by analyzing large data sets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting vast amounts of data to gain a deeper understanding of our customers, behaviors, and marketing activities.
  • Insight Generation: Through storytelling, you will translate data into actionable insights that drive improvement in customer engagement and inform our marketing strategy.
  • Strategic Planning: You will work closely with our Director of Revenue Operations and other leaders to establish innovative strategies to understand and solve complex marketing problems.
  • Project Coordination: You will coordinate activities that support the delivery of marketing insights and participate hands-on in multiple projects.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in analytics, marketing, or consulting.
  • Marketing Domain Expertise: Hands-on experience in tactical marketing analytics, customer-focused marketing analysis, and data-driven decision making.
  • Technical Competence: Strong technical skills in data analysis, including experience with large datasets, analytics tools, and 3rd party marketing tools.
  • Communication Skills: Skilled at condensing analysis into actionable insights to inform business decisions within marketing.
