This position is not affiliated with a third-party collections agency; instead, we emphasize a service-oriented approach to customer relations—no aggressive tactics, just a commitment to assisting customers with their accounts.

Key Details for the Collections Team Leader Position:
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-time with FLEXIBLE START TIMES between 7:45 AM and 9:00 AM
  • Compensation: $19-21/hr (negotiable based on experience)
Responsibilities of the Collections Team Leader:
  • Oversee customer accounts to ensure timely payments
  • Contact customers regarding overdue balances, facilitate payments, and assist with payment plan arrangements
  • Process refunds and manage credit card transactions
  • Maintain accurate account information and oversee membership renewals, extensions, and cancellations
  • Address customer inquiries related to payments and account issues
  • Investigate customer account details, payment history, and necessary documentation
Qualifications for the Collections Team Leader:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Exceptional mathematical and analytical abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in collections or related finance sectors is essential
