Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service, preferably in operations and sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • A proven track record of problem-solving and decision-making, with a focus on delivering results
