We are seeking a skilled Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our DC Recruiting Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop proactive, multi-faceted recruitment strategies for sourcing, attracting, and engaging candidates.
  • Screen applicants for competency aligned with the job requirements.
  • Write job descriptions and post to relevant media platforms.
  • Parses specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
  • Interviews candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions).
  • Tracks recruiting activities and provides candidate status in weekly reports.
  • Maintains applicant status in ATS and keeps applicants informed on the application process.
  • Researches new technological trends and products to stay current with market needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of two years of professional work experience.
  • Effective negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation.

Work Environment:
