Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Acquisition Support Specialist to join our team at Amentum. In this role, you will play a critical part in the development, review, and processing of acquisition documentation, as well as the coordination of actions and support of program meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development of acquisition documentation, including Procurement Requests, Acquisition Plans, and Acquisition Strategies.
  • Work with program technical staff to translate program requirements into executable acquisition products.
  • Develop and monitor the execution of Technical Instructions.
  • Collaborate with the Program Office acquisition staff and Contracting Officer to establish and track acquisition milestones.
  • Plan and execute Acquisition team meetings, including agenda development, presentation, and recording of minutes and action item tracking.
  • Work with program financial staff to develop and justify program/task budgets.
