Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide exceptional care in our Transitional Care Unit. This role involves working collaboratively under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to deliver comprehensive support to patients during their recovery journey.

Department Insights:
The Transitional Care Unit at Providence Mount St. Vincent is designed for patients recovering from significant medical conditions. Our team is committed to addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients as they transition from hospital to home.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of quality care to patients with various medical complexities, including but not limited to fractures, wound management, and IV therapy.

- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.

Qualifications:
- Current Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License required upon hire.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association required upon hire.
- Minimum of one year of recent experience in a healthcare setting or similar role.
