Job Overview

  • Simultaneously navigating multiple systems, applications, and screens.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a phone-based customer service role.
  • Proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage multiple tabs, windows, and systems.
  • Excellent customer service and written communication skills.
  • Able to empathize and maintain composure with challenging callers.

Requirements:
