Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Apex Systems. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to clients
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues using established procedures
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
* Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base

**Requirements:**

* 1+ year of experience in technical support or a related field
* Strong technical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and O365
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Tier 2 support experience
* College degree
* Troubleshooting experience
