FSR Technical Support Specialist

At CyberCoders, we are seeking an experienced FSR Technical Support Specialist to provide support to our customers and assist with implementation and technical training. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to develop use cases, collaborate with team members, and provide desk-side training and help desk support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers and assist with implementation and technical training
Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to technical problems
Develop use cases and collaborate with team members to improve product functionality
Provide desk-side training and help desk support to customers
Gather and analyze product feedback and work with engineering teams to improve product features
Perform intelligence fusion and analysis to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities
Manage and maintain networks, hardware, and servers
Utilize technologies such as HTML, RUBY, Python, Java, and Foundry to enhance customer experience
Utilize Gotham and GAIA to monitor product performance and identify potential issues
Utilize Excel and other tools to analyze data and communicate results to team members
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support and user support
Experience with product implementation support and technical training
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to develop use cases
Experience with collaboration and desk-side training
Experience with help desk support and product feedback
Experience with intelligence fusion and analysis
Knowledge of HTML, RUBY, Python, Java, and networks
Familiarity with hardware and server administration
Experience with Gotham, Foundry, and GAIA
Proficiency in Excel and strong communication skills
Active TS/SCI clearance required
