Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at the San Antonio Retail Merchants Association. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide top-notch technical support to our customers, both internal and external, in a Help Desk environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for computer systems, operating systems, communication software, desktop configuration, Intranet, Internet, security, and end-user applications.
- Assist customers with technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
