Job Summary

Ranch and Home Supply LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records of cash transactions, manage bank deposits, and balance cash reserves.
  • Liaison and Communication: Act as a liaison between our Home Office teams and store staff, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Store Operations: Verify cashiers' shift closing reports, prepare daily bank deposits, and balance cash in safe and tills.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process accounts receivable payments, research gift cards, and submit reports and paperwork to Home Office.
  • Team Support: Analyze team member purchase reports, monitor hourly team members' timecards, and manage annual records retention.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows-based computer systems, especially Microsoft products.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to sit and stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
