Job Summary:

As a skilled nursing professional with HexaQuEST Health, Inc., you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and facility policies, including those related to patient confidentiality and safety.

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.

• Completion of a recognized nursing program and relevant clinical experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on patient safety and quality care.

Working Conditions:

This position requires the ability to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will be required to work every other weekend and must be able to wear a photo badge at all times while on duty. Additionally, all Registry Personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility.
