Hospice Care Opportunities with BAYADA Home Health Care

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing high-quality hospice care to clients in the Rutland, VT area.

Job Summary:

  • Provide palliative care to clients in their homes, focusing on comfort and quality of life.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other treatments as needed.
  • Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
  • Follow up with and execute doctors' orders, and properly document all care provided.

Requirements:

  • A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Vermont.
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
  • Prior home care and/or hospice experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) are preferred.
  • Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
