Assistant Culinary Leader


Interlachen Country Club is on the lookout for an Assistant Culinary Leader. This position plays a vital role within Interlachen's culinary brigade, supporting all dining services at the Club. · 1909 Cabana - Fast-casual dining by the pool.

· The Lodge - Family-friendly restaurant serving classic American fare, including brick-oven pizza and seasonal salads.

Leadership and Collaboration

Daily Duties

· Elevate the member experience through exceptional food and assist teammates in honing their culinary skills.

· Create dishes that meet Interlachen's culinary standards and contribute innovative ideas to diversify our offerings.

· Collaborate with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.

· Lead by example, refining your skills while learning new techniques.

· Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.

· Take pride in every dish, treating each creation as a personal reflection of your culinary artistry.

· Support your colleagues and promote a healthy, positive workplace culture.


Preferred Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

· Culinary degree or equivalent experience.

· Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.

· Experience in a high-volume dining environment.

· Proficient in knife skills and knowledgeable about food safety and sanitation practices.

Compensation and Benefits:

· Starting salary of $60,000.
