We are expanding and looking for a proactive Client Service Lead to elevate our unique in-store retail atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- As the Client Service Lead, you will play a crucial role in our client service team at either our Edina or St. Paul location.
- Oversee administrative and communication tasks to ensure smooth operations and remarkable client interactions.
- Deliver exceptional service to clients through various channels including in-person, phone, webchat, and text.
- Assist sales associates and clients with the repair sales process, track special orders, and maintain repair logs.
- Handle completed repairs in our system and prepare them for client collection or delivery.
- Keep clients and sales associates informed about the status of repairs, special orders, and estimates.
- Manage and schedule both in-store and virtual appointment requests.
- Implement inventory management procedures.
- Develop and execute a client outreach initiative in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Act as a liaison between the sales and repair teams to enhance the repair sales process.
