Position Overview: District Manager, Allergy/ENT
The District Manager (DM) for Allergy/ENT will be accountable for overseeing the recruitment, leadership, development, and retention of Allergy/ENT Medical Specialists (sales representatives) within the designated district.
Key Responsibilities:
The DM will ensure robust and consistent sales performance that surpasses forecasts and expectations related to product objectives, while fostering accountability for all outcomes across the District. Collaboration with Alliance partner counterparts will be essential to maintain transparency and cooperation. The DM will focus on the appropriate development and retention of key personnel to support growth within the commercial organization, adhering strictly to all company policies and compliance regulations governing the promotion of pharmaceutical and biologic products.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated success in hiring, coaching, developing, promoting, and retaining top talent, with a proven ability to manage team performance effectively.
- Established track record of performance integrity as a District Sales Manager in complex market environments.
- Strong comprehension of the Payer landscape, reimbursement processes, and challenges faced within National, Regional, and local payer markets.
- Proven capability in developing physician/customer clinical experts within a Regional scope.
- Ability to collaborate and partner with internal field teams and alliance partners effectively.
To qualify, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree or additional advanced education/certifications considered advantageous. A minimum of 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sector, including 3 years in sales leadership/management within sub-cutaneous self-injectable biologic markets, is required. Candidates should be prepared for extensive travel and possess local and regional influence.
Compensation:
The annual salary range for this position is $169,000 to $211,500.
