Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and direct a team of electrical technicians and subcontractors on industrial construction projects.
  • Organize and manage all electrical operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
  • Supervise the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and components.
  • Work closely with project managers to establish and execute project timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical issues, providing technical support and guidance to the team.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and change orders.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman in an industrial construction environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, wiring techniques, and safety practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of effectively managing and inspiring a team.
  • Proficient in the use of electrical tools and equipment, including meters, testing devices, and power tools.
  • Familiarity with electrical codes and regulations, with a commitment to compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
  • Experience in waste water treatment facilities is preferred.
