Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of electrical technicians and subcontractors on industrial construction assignments.
  • Plan and coordinate all electrical operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards.
  • Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and components.
  • Work closely with project managers to develop and execute project schedules and budgets.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, providing technical guidance and support to the team.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and change orders.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman in an industrial construction environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of effectively managing and motivating a team.
  • Proficient in using electrical tools and equipment, including meters, testing devices, and power tools.
  • Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations, with a commitment to ensuring compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
  • Experience in waste water treatment facilities is preferred.
