Executive Director, Strategic Partnership Development

At Walmart, we are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our Sales Leadership team as an Executive Director, Strategic Partnership Development. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth and scaling partnerships with key advertisers in the Food Vertical. If you have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, building and executing business strategies, and developing strong relationships with C-suite leaders, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Strategically build and lead a high-performing team to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to drive revenue growth and expand partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and identify new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key advertisers and stakeholders to drive business growth and partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth.
- Lead and participate in business planning and forecasting to ensure alignment with company goals.
- 3+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of the advertising technology and data/performance measurement trends.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate insights and data into client value.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
- Proven ability to forge relationships with top marketing decision makers at brands and agencies.
As a valued member of the Walmart team, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $108,000.00-$216,000.00, as well as additional compensation opportunities, including annual or quarterly performance bonuses. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
LocationThe successful candidate will be based in the Hoboken, NJ office, with frequent travel to other locations as needed.
Education and ExperienceA Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, and sales, or a related field is required, with 4 years of experience in business development, market development, or a related area. A Master's degree is preferred, with a strong background in sales, supervisory experience, and a proven track record of leadership.
