Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN/LVN to join our team as a pediatric home health nurse. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, providing one-on-one care and support in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to medically fragile children
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
- RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification
