Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Leadership Role candidate to join our team at Central City Concern. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team in providing high-quality care to clients.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and coordination of care.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a behavioral health setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.


Salary:$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
