We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional who can lead our Quality Engineering team in developing and implementing quality assurance programs, policies, processes, procedures, and controls.

Job Description

The Senior Quality Assurance Manager for Medical Devices will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining quality assurance programs, policies, processes, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards;
  • Leveraging technical expertise to develop solutions for quality-related issues and improvements;
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the Quality Engineering team to ensure effective implementation of quality initiatives;
  • Maintaining positive relationships with internal stakeholders, including manufacturing teams, engineering teams, and other functional areas.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Biomedical, Materials, or Manufacturing Engineering) or related field;
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role;
  • Experience working in a regulated industry, such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or aerospace;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interface with cross-functional teams;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders;
  • A proven track record of driving quality improvements and reducing risk.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $190,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and employee wellness programs.
