About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Jewelry Sales Professional. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales presentations that emphasize the features and benefits of our products
  • Actively drive sales by understanding and meeting the unique needs of each customer
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships and maximize sales performance
  • Share compelling product stories and deliver an unparalleled experience for every guest
  • Work towards personal goals while contributing towards team goals and the overall success of the store
  • Train and mentor new team members, share expertise, and provide feedback
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of consultative, customer-facing sales experience, selling products with clear features and benefits
  • Availability during evenings and weekends
  • High level of visual acuity and manual dexterity
  • Excellence in written and spoken English; effective communication is key
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
