About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Luxury Sales Associate. As a Jewelry Consultant, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional experience for every Brilliant Earth customer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize sales strategies and deep product knowledge to guide customers through multiple purchasing decisions, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
  • Manage a high volume of incoming sales leads, utilizing effective communication and collaboration skills to attain individual revenue targets.
  • Proactively greet, check-in, and assist customers in the purchasing process, creating a safe and pleasant experience for all guests.
  • Conduct post-sale appointments to assist and educate customers returning for pick-ups, exchanges, re-sizing, and other inquiries.
  • Review customer feedback surveys and online reviews, working with leaders to continuously improve the customer experience and sales performance.
  • Skillfully enforce policies within the waiting room to ensure product security and a positive experience for all customers.
Requirements:
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a drive to exceed sales goals.
  • A keen eye for detail and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work a full-time schedule that includes weekend days.
