Key Responsibilities:- Utilize sales strategies and deep product knowledge to guide customers through multiple purchasing decisions, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
- Manage a high volume of incoming sales leads, utilizing effective communication and collaboration skills to attain individual revenue targets.
- Proactively greet, check-in, and assist customers in the purchasing process, creating a safe and pleasant experience for all guests.
- Conduct post-sale appointments to assist and educate customers returning for pick-ups, exchanges, re-sizing, and other inquiries.
- Review customer feedback surveys and online reviews, working with leaders to continuously improve the customer experience and sales performance.
- Skillfully enforce policies within the waiting room to ensure product security and a positive experience for all customers.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a drive to exceed sales goals.
- A keen eye for detail and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to work a full-time schedule that includes weekend days.
