Brilliant Earth is seeking a skilled Jewelry Sales Consultant to provide an exceptional experience for every customer.

About the Position:
  • Guide customers through the sales process using engaging sales platforms, including in-person and virtual appointments.
  • Assist customers in finding their best jewelry match from our luxury product line.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment, creating personalized experiences while sharing the happiest moments of our customers' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize sales strategies and deep product knowledge to guide customers through multiple purchasing decisions.
  • Manage a high volume of incoming sales leads to attain individual revenue targets.
  • Proactively greet, check-in, and assist customers in the purchasing process, creating a memorable, one-on-one customer experience.
  • Conduct post-sale appointments to assist and educate customers returning for pick-ups, exchanges, re-sizing, and other inquiries.
  • Review customer feedback surveys and online reviews, working with leaders to continuously improve the customer experience and sales performance.
  • Skillfully enforce policies within the sales area to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests, and ensure product security.
Requirements:
  • A passion for the customer and a drive to exceed goals.
  • A keen eye for detail and a way with words, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work a full-time schedule that includes weekend days.
