About the Role

At Brilliant Earth, we're seeking a skilled Jewelry Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Jewelry Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing an exceptional experience for every customer. You will guide customers through the sales process, utilizing sales strategies and deep product knowledge to create memorable and personalized experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize sales strategies and product knowledge to guide customers through multiple purchasing decisions, creating personalized experiences.
  • Manage a high volume of incoming sales leads to attain individual revenue targets, providing a luxury customer experience.
  • Proactively greet, check-in, and assist customers in the purchasing process, creating a memorable, one-on-one customer experience.
  • Conduct post-sale appointments to assist and educate customers returning for pick-ups, exchanges, re-sizing, and other inquiries.
  • Act as a brand advocate, sharing our mission of creating a more sustainable, transparent, and compassionate jewelry industry.
