Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a thorough understanding of James Allen's products and services.
  • Educate customers on diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry, ensuring that the customer receives the information that best fits their needs.
  • Create a customer-centric store environment that is inviting and engaging.
  • Build strong relationships with our customers and provide world-class service, celebrating life's special moments.
  • Proactively manage customer expectations, ensuring resolutions to unforeseen issues exceed customer expectations on all levels.
  • Accurately enter customer information and process orders efficiently, with strong attention to detail.
  • Maintain store inventory by adhering to customer service standards and inventory control procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous retail sales and customer service experience.
  • Previous fine jewelry or fashion jewelry experience preferred.
  • Flexibility to work traditional retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain excellence in listening, written, and verbal communications.
  • Ability to travel for training.
