Nurse Care Specialist

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Nurse Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, communicate, and document resident status.
- Observe and report any significant changes in resident behavior and health.
- Direct and supervise Resident Care Assistants.
- Mentor and guide Lead Resident Care Assistants.
- Closely coordinate care needs with community providers.
- Balance service demands with supporting resident independence.
Requirements:
- Current state license as an RN and CPR certification
- Graduate of an approved RN program (per state requirements)
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working as a nurse preferred
