About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Lincoln, MA. As an LPN with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in post-acute facilities, making a meaningful impact on the lives of residents.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated hourly pay for this role is $43-$57 per hour, making it one of the most competitive options in the area. In addition to a generous salary, you will also receive health benefits eligibility for yourself and qualifying family members, including vision and dental coverage. Other benefits include employer-paid malpractice insurance, workers' compensation, and taxes. You will also have access to hazard, travel, and holiday pay, plus overtime opportunities.

Job Responsibilities
  • Working in post-acute facilities in the area as an LPN
  • Being accountable to follow and adhere to resident care plans
  • Tracking the wellbeing of residents, both physical and mental, and monitoring their vital signs
  • Conducting intakes, documenting health concerns and medical history of residents
  • Administering and properly verifying medications and monitoring their effects
  • Reviewing residents' charts and medical records
  • Assisting with the cultivation of a safe, comfortable facility
  • Maintaining appropriate stocks of medical supplies
  • Participating in IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
  • Helping with the orientation and training of medical staff
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
  • High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of experience (LPN or similar role)
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
