Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at HealthPRO Heritage in Lincoln, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for a PRN SLP to cover vacations and sick leave.
This role involves working closely with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, as well as experience with assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic techniques.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations.
- Develop accurate diagnoses based on assessment results and implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
Requirements:- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist or license eligible.
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
