Cardiac Care Specialist

Bryan Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Cardiac Care Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:
The Cardiac Care Specialist plays a crucial role in managing the care of patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular disease, respiratory failure, and other complex conditions. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and providing high-quality nursing care.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and compassion within the organization.
Qualifications and Requirements:
To be successful as a Cardiac Care Specialist at Bryan Health, you will need:
- A current Registered Nurse licensure from the State of Nebraska or an approved compact state.
- Basic Life Support (CPR) certification.
- Experience in a PCU/ICU setting preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in cardiac care.
What We Offer:
Bryan Health offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $105,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
