Role Summary:

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is tasked with aligning organizational objectives with employees and management across Gymreapers. This position presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the company's people operations and strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruitment: Assist in recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, hiring processes, and onboarding.
  • Training: Facilitate onsite training and manage annual training compliance in accordance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Policy Development: Engage in the continuous improvement and formulation of HR policies.
  • Culture Building: Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace culture, scheduling performance evaluations, and conducting investigations.
  • Safety Compliance: Oversee reporting and claims management in line with safety regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to grasp the organization's goals and strategies related to staffing, recruitment, and retention.
  • Design, lead, and implement policies, processes, training programs, and surveys to meet the organization's human resource compliance and strategic needs.
  • Administer or supervise the administration of human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, leave management, disciplinary actions, disputes, performance management, and training.
  • Work closely with business leaders to identify staffing and recruitment needs, developing and executing best practices for talent acquisition and management.
  • Conduct research and analyze organizational trends, reviewing reports and metrics related to overall company health and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, reviewing and modifying policies to maintain adherence.
  • Stay informed on trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and employment law, communicating relevant updates to upper management.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a blend of formal education, practical experience, and the ability to swiftly research legal codes to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a human resources role.
  • Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments is advantageous.
