Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a specialization in Employee Relations to enhance our human resources capabilities. This position is well-suited for candidates with a robust HR background and a commitment to fostering constructive employee relationships.

Core Responsibilities
  • Executing Human Resources policies and procedures related to employee relations, ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Providing support and advice on employee engagement and onboarding processes.
  • Working collaboratively with leadership and the HR team to improve the overall employee experience.
  • Aiming to reduce legal risks while ensuring the effective application of management practices.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of three to five years of HR experience, particularly in complex employee relations issues, employment law, EEO, and ADA compliance.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR, with at least seven years of experience in employee relations, employment law, EEO, and ADA compliance.
  • Previous HR experience in healthcare or related human services environments.
  • SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is advantageous.
