Role Summary:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a crucial role in aligning business objectives with employees and management across Gymreapers. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our people operations and strategic initiatives. Key focus areas include:
- Recruitment: Assisting in recruitment efforts, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.
- Training: Facilitating onsite training and ensuring compliance with annual training requirements as per legal standards.
- Policy Development: Engaging in the continuous improvement and formulation of HR policies.
- Culture and Performance: Supporting initiatives aimed at fostering a positive workplace culture, managing performance evaluations, and conducting investigations.
- Safety Compliance: Assisting in safety reporting and claims management in line with established regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align the organization's goals with staffing and recruitment strategies.
- Plan, develop, and implement HR policies, processes, and training initiatives to meet compliance and strategic needs.
- Oversee HR programs, including compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
- Work closely with business leaders to identify staffing needs and implement best practices for talent acquisition.
- Conduct analysis of organizational trends and metrics to assess overall company health and performance.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, making necessary adjustments to policies as needed.
- Stay informed about HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, communicating relevant updates to management.
- The ideal candidate will possess a blend of formal education and practical experience, with a strong ability to navigate legal codes to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a human resources role.
- Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments is advantageous.
