Role Overview: Lead Sales (Key Holder)

In this role, you will motivate customers to express their individuality through their home decor. You will bring our brand to life by helping customers discover products that align with their entertaining styles. Your efforts will drive sales and foster lasting relationships with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create memorable experiences for customers by sharing your expertise in home enhancement.
  • Support the management team with daily operations, including opening and closing routines, register functions, and back-office tasks.
  • Oversee store performance to ensure financial objectives are met and that associates deliver exceptional service to our guests.
  • Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency during your shifts.
  • Act as a role model for sales associates, prioritizing customer experience and driving sales.
  • Foster an environment of respect and dignity for all associates, in line with our People First Philosophy.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and influence others through your actions.
  • 1-3 years of retail sales experience, with a preference for supervisory experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in home design, visual merchandising, or stockroom management is preferred (specialty retail experience is a plus).

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift and move medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., using appropriate equipment and safety measures.
  • Full-time associates should have flexible availability to meet business needs.
  • Part-Time Flex associates must be available for a minimum of 15 hours per week, including two weekend shifts and two weekday shifts.
