Healthy Spaces is in search of a dedicated and meticulous Accounting Professional to become a vital part of our Accounting and Finance division.
In this role, the Accounting Professional will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of financial documentation, evaluating financial metrics, and generating comprehensive financial reports.
This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $75,000 annually, compensated on a biweekly basis.Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and uphold financial records and reports in line with organizational policies
- Analyze financial data to provide insights that aid in strategic decision-making
- Prepare financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Reconcile bank and credit card transactions
- Detect and rectify discrepancies in financial documentation
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Establish and uphold internal controls to guarantee the accuracy of financial records
- Engage with internal stakeholders to share financial information and resolve inquiries
- Assist with tax submissions and audits
- Keep abreast of accounting standards and regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, though not mandatory
- 3-10 years of experience in an accounting capacity
- Strong grasp of GAAP and financial principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Capability to work autonomously and juggle multiple responsibilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the construction or home improvement sector is advantageous
