Job Overview

Role Summary:

The Universal Banker plays a vital role in providing exceptional service to clients while managing a variety of banking transactions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing deposits and loan payments, handling night and mail deposits, cashing checks, and facilitating withdrawals.
  • Issuing cashier's checks and money orders, as well as redeeming savings bonds.
  • Offering clients insights into their account statuses and balances.
  • Assisting in the opening of new accounts, including checking, savings, IRAs, and CDs, in accordance with established regulations.
  • Connecting clients with additional bank services or departments as needed.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly and courteous demeanor.
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of banking products and services to address client inquiries effectively.
  • Adhering strictly to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Safeguarding clients' confidential information and ensuring its use is limited to official purposes.
  • Managing incoming phone inquiries.
  • Performing other assigned duties as required.

Work Schedule:
