Job Summary

Raba Kistner Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Materials Technician to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting field or laboratory testing, sampling, and/or inspection services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with dispatchers and supervisors to ensure priorities and deadlines are met in both the field and laboratory.
  • Meet with project leads and stakeholders to discuss and coordinate testing, sampling, or inspection of construction materials or construction procedures.
  • Ensure safe utilization, storage, and maintenance of all nuclear gauges and field equipment.
  • Submit accurate and complete testing/inspection reports on a daily basis.
  • Drive company vehicles to job sites in a safe manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School diploma, G.E.D., or possess at least one current relevant industry certification, such as ACI Field, ACI Concrete Strength, ACI Aggregates, TxDOT SB101, SB102, SB103, SB201, SB202, 1A, or 1B.
  • Possess a valid driver's license within the applicable jurisdiction and meet firm's auto insurability requirements.
  • Able to travel to project sites and maneuver over rough and uneven terrain.
Working Conditions

This position may require protracted or irregular hours. Flexibility to work irregular hours is necessary due to client needs.
