Job Description

As a Quality Manager at Rogers-O'Brien Construction, you will play a critical role in ensuring that construction projects conform to plans and specifications. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of submittals, approvals, and procurement of materials
  • Monitor the procurement and manufacturing processes to ensure compliance
  • Manage the RFI process to ensure timely and effective communication
  • Inspect received materials for quantity, quality, and conformance with contract documents and drawings
  • Develop and maintain submittal logs to track project progress
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in construction science or engineering
  • 2-5 years of experience in field and office experience with a general contractor
