Job Description

Alco Designs is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing assigned geographic areas, presenting our products to prospective clients, and maintaining a CRM system with customer information.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned geographic areas (west, Midwest) to identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
  • Present ALCO Designs' products to prospective clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
  • Maintain a CRM system with customer information, including contact details, sales history, and marketing interactions.
  • Travel and meet with customers to build relationships and close deals.
  • Provide daily accomplishments and attend weekly sales meetings to stay informed and aligned with the team.
  • Meet benchmarks set by the President, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify new leads and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Prepare and conduct presentations to prospective customers, showcasing our products and services.
  • Meet and/or exceed monthly quotas, demonstrating a strong ability to drive sales growth.
  • Develop strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years related experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • 2-5 years of merchandising experience, with a strong understanding of product features and benefits.
  • 2-5 years of CRM experience and Social Media experience, with a focus on customer engagement and retention.
  • Bachelor's degree highly desired, with a strong foundation in business and marketing principles.
  • Commission experience, with a proven ability to drive sales growth and meet targets.
  • Strong demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and written skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator, with a strong understanding of its features and benefits.
  • Microsoft Suite, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and other productivity tools.
  • Custom Manufacturing experience required, with a strong understanding of product features and benefits.
  • Willingness to Travel, with a flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great phone etiquette, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
