Wine Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Wine Sales Representative to join our team at The Wine Source Inc. in Southern California. As a Wine Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in your territory, identifying target accounts, delivering engaging product presentations, and driving sales growth through strategic and professional efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Territory Development: Identify and cultivate new accounts while nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Product Presentations: Conduct compelling wine tastings and presentations that highlight our diverse portfolio.
  • Sales Growth: Strategically drive sales by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Independent Operation: Manage your territory autonomously, with support from a regional manager.
Compensation:
  • Competitive Base Salary + Commission
  • Performance incentives and growth opportunities
Qualifications:
  • Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Wine Knowledge: A solid understanding of wines is required; expertise in French wines is a plus.
  • Strategic Sales Skills: Experience in developing and executing effective territory sales strategies.
  • Presentation & Negotiation: Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills are essential.
  • Customer-Centric: A service-oriented attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in computer applications and CRM software.
  • Reliable Transportation: A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation are required.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in a foreign language, especially French or Italian, is advantageous.
