About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Office Coordinator to join our team at Danville Family Dental Care. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Greeting and Check-in: Welcome patients to our office, verify their information, and ensure a smooth check-in process.
  • Front Office Administration: Manage front office duties, including answering phones, checking office mail and email, and communicating with patients and insurance companies.
  • Scheduling and Records Management: Utilize Dentrix to schedule appointments, manage patient records, and maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Insurance and Billing: File patient insurance claims, follow up on outstanding claims, and verify benefits and coverage.
  • Accounts Receivable and Payment Processing: Post insurance and patient payments, and process accounts receivable in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Treatment Plan Fees and Payment Options: Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients, and provide clear and concise information.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with our dental team to implement Heartland Dental systems and optimize office potential.
