Project/Office Coordinator

We are seeking a Project/Office Coordinator to join our team You will be responsible for the management and delivery of construction related projects across various projects and for the office.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement construction related projects
- Coordinate the work of the field staff
- Evaluate new strategies and procedures
- Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
- Maintain required project documentation
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
- Facilitate communication between clients, subcontractors and the field
Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to multi task
- Strong communication skills
- Degree in Business a plus
