We are seeking a Project/Office Coordinator to join our team You will be responsible for the management and delivery of construction related projects across various projects and for the office. 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement construction related projects
  • Coordinate the work of the field staff
  • Evaluate new strategies and procedures
  • Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
  • Maintain required project documentation 
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
  • Facilitate communication between clients, subcontractors and the field

Qualifications:

  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to multi task
  • Strong communication skills
  • Degree in Business a plus
