Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to create a loyal customer base.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest vehicle offerings, features, and technologies to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Results-Oriented: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Availability and Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and understand the features and benefits of our vehicle offerings.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance at all times.
  • Clean Driving Record: A clean driving record is required.
